New “Payment Status” options when filtering orders

We’ve introduced two new payment statuses when filtering orders under the Activity tab.

  1. “Failed Payment.” This will show you only unpaid orders that have tried to charge a credit card, but failed for whatever reason.
  2. “Marked As Paid.” This will show you all the orders that are marked as paid, but haven’t been paid with a credit card. This includes both “Mark As Paid” orders and “Pay Offline” orders.

Like all other filters, you can use these in conjunction with other filters and also use them while downloading orders.

This can help you separate out orders you still need to collect payment for, or find orders where you need to follow up with the customer or re-try their credit card.
