New Notification Setting: Customers can now choose “Both” SMS and Email

Some customers struggle to consistently receive the reminder texts to order via SMS due to some filtering. Now, customers don’t have to completely switch over to Email notifications if they’re in this situation. They can receive both!

To edit a customer’s settings, navigate to the profile and then to their “Plan Settings” page. From there, you’ll see a brand new option for “Both SMS And Email” under notification preferences.

This means that whenever the customer receives an automated order reminder (whether it’s the two reminders, or the receipt, or a prompt to re-enter payment), then the customer will receive an email in addition to a text message.
